A building consultant must have a multitude of skills. Substantial experience and great communication are the absolute minimum standard. They must have a great relationship with their design and building contacts. Secondly, they must have a great eye for what makes up a great design, having the ability to add the clients design needs and wants while still maintaining budget is a balancing act for both parties.
